Heidelberg. Early October 1835. On the way back to Paris from Leipzig, Chopin passes Frankfurt am Main and then, feeling unwell, stops for quite a while in Heidelberg, at the home of his pupil Adolphe Gutmann. Return to Paris via Strasbourg.
